It is frustrating to deal with their customer service, I have dealt with them before, too. Unfortunately, it is their loss or them to not see all the benefits with the third-party software... they'll only realize that when it's too late.Thienly Azimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10309362015779169758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-307479732236226495.post-71330951238406691852011-03-22T10:55:31.152-07:002011-03-22T10:55:31.152-07:00Thanks for sharing your feelings with PC. After a lot of thought, I have decided to stick with SCAL vs PC. I have posted my stance on my blog.<br />Hugs,Melanie - The Paper Retreathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00261181827615120831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-307479732236226495.post-63984530488726956812011-03-19T18:00:13.578-07:002011-03-19T18:00:13.578-07:00I couldn't agree more. I love to make my own images, but I still buy cartridges!Shelly Watsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04555907275058532186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-307479732236226495.post-36798828698081119042011-03-17T20:11:20.927-07:002011-03-17T20:11:20.927-07:00I sent a letter to the complaint department and su...I sent a letter to the complaint department and sure it will get no where, but at least, I feel better. Their attitude about your polite letter just convinces me more that I will not continue to be a patron of their products. They have a horrible product "Studio Design" that they can't admit to and which drove us to SCAL and MTC. YEs, those 2 programs compliment the Cricut. Too bad they can't see it.Carolina Girl (Cely)https://www.blogger.com/profile/01841631908489108353noreply@blogger.com
