Today we bring you a must have for all stampers, this type of sentiment is the one I tend to use the most as there is always plenty of opportunity to say GRACIAS to some you know. This mini set has the word GRACIAS is a BIG font - 3/4" x 4" and it includes several sentiments to personalize what you are giving thanks for. For my card today I used just the GRACIAS stamp:

The little kitty stamp is something I made last week at the Sacramento scrapbook expo. I've had my noir markers for months but haven't really practiced coloring as I am intimidated by the whole blending thing. Last Friday I did a make and take that showed me a few tricks for blending and coloring. This was the result of it. I think I did pretty good considering it was my first time!!

Release Week Day 3 : Mejorate Pronto

Hello bloggy friends!! After a crazy and emotional night of elections I am just glad to go back to "normal" and focus on my pretty paper and things I can make with it!!! ha ha. And today we continue with our new releases over at :

PCW Challenge: Anything Goes/Stash

Welcome to another week of challenges over at

My Paper Crafting World 

this week we have an easy to follow challenge, because this week ANYTHING GOES as long as you use something from your stash. I love this kind of challenges because it makes me look through my stuff and check out places I haven't seen in a while to try and find stuff that I didn't know I had LOL

For this week's challenge I used Melin's Stinking Cute Skunk in Flower Pot digital stamp. You can choose it pre-colored or just as line art and color it yourself. I have had my Spectrum Noir markers but have not used them very much so got them out and gave them a try and this is what I came up with :

All of the paper used, (except for the card base) came from my "scraps" stash. I was able to find paper that matched perfectly with the color I had chosen for the stamp. The little buttons and ribbon I have also had in my stash for a while so this was a perfect opportunity. 

As you can see in the close up of my image I am still working on the blending and I get a little bit of bleed through but over all I think it came out cute, specially since that little stinker is sooo cute to begin with!!!

Release Week at Dilo en Español - Sonrie

Welcome to another week of inspiration at 

Dilo en Español

And this week is extra special as we get ready to release another set of fabulous new stamps. Today we are featuring a FUN and new set called SONRIE which means smile. It has many picture taking sentiments and the cutest little camera graphic.

I couldn't resist to use the cute little camera. It went perfect with the vintage camera background from the Everyday Eclectic collection from Echo park:

And of course I used the "Sonrie" sentiment from the set, all those cameras - don't the just make you smile!!!
