CAMEO CREATIONS CHALLENGE

for todays inspiration we bring you good ol' American pride with our 4th of July Challenge.

I have been playing around with the print and cut portion of my CAMEO and I gotta say that I LOVE IT!! I had use it a bit but was very intimidated by it, but I finally decided to sit down and tackle it! And I am glad that I did because it is an AWESOME feauture, this is the reason I bought my cameo and I can't believe I hadn't really sat down and played with it. 

Well here is what I came up with:

Materials Used:

-Cameo Silhoutte for the bear (print and cut function), and basic shapes for circle and stars

-Treasure Box Designs for the bear - Patriotic Collection

- Brand new Maraschino and Midnight Blue Twine from The Twinery

Dilo En Español

Today we bring you a must have for all stampers, this type of sentiment is the one I tend to use the most as there is always plenty of opportunity to say GRACIAS to some you know. This mini set has the word GRACIAS is a BIG font - 3/4" x 4" and it includes several sentiments to personalize what you are giving thanks for. For my card today I used just the GRACIAS stamp:

The little kitty stamp is something I made last week at the Sacramento scrapbook expo. I've had my noir markers for months but haven't really practiced coloring as I am intimidated by the whole blending thing. Last Friday I did a make and take that showed me a few tricks for blending and coloring. This was the result of it. I think I did pretty good considering it was my first time!!

Feliz Cumple Treats

Tenemos producto nuevo en la tienda!!!! Quien ya las vio? quien ya las ordeno? Si no las habias visto tienes que ir y ver las nuevas mini bolsitas de papel que Abby acaba de poner en la tienda, estan DIVINAS!!!
We have new product in the store!! Who's seen it? Who's bought it? If you have not seen the new cuties head on over and check out the new mini treat bags Abby has in store for you, they are ADORABLE!!!!

Y para que veas que no exajero, use las nuevas bolsitas para estos bolos de cumpleaños :
And just so you know I am not lying or exaggerating here is a set of treat bags that I made using the new mini bags:

Para mis mini bolos use las bolsitas cor rallas diagonal y de chevron en colores, rojo, verde, negro y gris. Use twine y para sellar las bolsitas, pero tambien se verian hermosas con washi tape!!

For the treat bags I used both the diagonal and the chevron treat bags in grey, black, red and green. I filled them up with candy and used brads and twine to close them. you can also just use some cute washi tape!!!

En la portada use los sellos del set QUEREMOS PASTEL - que por cierto esta en OFERTA!!!! Y para el reverso lo adorne con diferentes muñequitos de Halloween de la coleccion de Spooky Cuties de SVGCuts. Apoco no son una ternurita!!

For the front of the mini treat bags I used the stamps from the QUEREMOS PASTEL set - which by the way is on SALE!!! For the back of the bags I used different halloween die cuts from the Spooky Cuties de SVGCuts. Aren't they adorable~!

Bueno excepto por el vamipirito, a el lo hice como dice Julieta MELLLOOOSSSOOO!!!

Ya ven que no exagere cuando les dije que estas mini bolsitas estan HERMOSAS!!!!

See I did not exaggerate when I said this mini treat bags are ADORABLE!!!!

Paper Crafting World Challenge: Texture

Welcome to another Challenge at PAPER CRAFTING WORLD !!!! This weeks challenge is to create using Texture.   

For the challenge I created this card:

This card uses Melin's totally cute YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE digi. For texture I did dry embossing and used twine, stickles and pop up dots. Now try not to smile after looking at that cute happy sun!!!!
