And I love them so ... here are pics of the cuts, email me if you are interested in the svg or scut file let me know what format you want.

Wow Wow Wubbzy SVG for scal

I have created my first SVG/Scut file for SCAL!!! I am totally thrilled by how it came out. My son loves Wubbzy and I tried to find an svg. Since I couldnt find it I venture out and created my own. It was lots of trial and error.. but finally completed. Its very easy specially since there is only 2 colors. I am going to try to some of the other characters, but in the mean time check it out.

Email me if you will like to get the file for your personal use.

Blog Candy from Monique

Monique who is a fabulous Cricut Consultant is giving away two (or three) of her kits. Her kits are not only beautiful but come with excellent easy to follow instructions. Make sure to check out her blog and leave a comment for a chance to win. Also if you add her as a follower and she gets to 450 followers by Sunday she will give away 3 kits instead of 2, how cool is that!!

Tshirt Dress

This is the second shirt I did for the girls.

Lambda TShirts

Here is a sample of one of the shirts I did for my sisters. This is the first project I did using SCAL. I used SCAL to trace and cut the siloutte in the back, it came out very nice and was easy to cut. Love SCAL now. The tricky part for iron on letter is to remember to cut them in the mirror image mode. I had to made about 15 of these so it was a challenge but I think they turned out CUTE!

Towel Cake for Brici's Bridal Shower

I got the idea from making diaper cakes. I made this one for a bridal shower and it came it really nice. I loved the way the black and hot pink looked. I used bath and hand towels along with some washclothes to create the smaller layer. For the biggest layer I also added a soft blanket that I just happed to find in HOT PINK and on sale! PEERFECT! The cutouts were made using my cricut of course.

I am BACK!!

Ok its been a month since I promised some pics of my latest projects. So seat back, relax and enjoy the ride :-)

Treat bags

Alonzo's Bday Treat Bag

My sister did a horse themed bday for my newphew, since we couldn't find nice horse treat bags I MADE THEM MYSELF!

With the help of my BUG and my animal kingdom cartridge i was able to create this simple but stunning treat bag. It was a great idea, until I was told to make 30-40 bags!

It was a lot of work but they came out nice and everyone was complimenting them.

Cards

I did this card for my friends bday, I really like the way the flower pops up. Her favorite color is yellow. So the color combination went well.

Ducky Cake

This one is similar to the turtle cake, I used the same format but added different touches, it came out really cute, loved the duck!

Turtle Cake

Diaper Cakes

I am not sure why this photo would not post in the right direction, but you can still appreciate the flowers. I created this using my favorite bug.. my cricut, and the GEORGE cartridge. There is a tutorial online to do these, SUSAN BLUEBOT is just amazingly creative! Here is a link to her tutorial on how to make these, they are simple and look fabulous! Susan Bluerobot: How to make PAPER ROSES

Ok, like I don't have enough with the scrapbooks, the shirts and the cards, now I have learned to make diaper cakes!! Youtube is the best, you can find more tutorials than you can ever imagine LOL So here are some cake I made for my friends, My favorite one its the turtle, I just love the colors and how it came it. The one with the roses its cute too, but I did it very last minute so I did not have time to be as crafty as I would've liked. Enjoy .... diapers anyone?

Cricut T-shirt Transfers

So I went into you tube and found a video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEsYz9lBc7w) that teaches you how to make t-shirt transfers using the BUG, now I cant stop cutting stuff for t-shirts, I am running out of blank shirst now! LOL

I did these shirts for my nieces and some others for my sorority sisters. Cutting fabric is tricky because it does not adhere as good as paper does, but a little tape here and there and VOILA!

New at this!!

Ok so here it goes, I have been inspired by all the talented ladies over at BBTB to start my own blog to make it easier to keep up with their challenges.

I enjoy cardmaking and LOVE my little BUG. Can't wait to join the challenges and start sharing my work around. Here is my first card I made for Mother's Day.
I enjoy making cards, centerpieces, signs, anything and everything creative. I also just learned to make diaper cakes and my little cricut comes in very handy for the little details. Look forward to posting and sharing my work with everyone. Love!
